Execution
We scramble eggs, salt and basil till they are well blended. We then melt the butter within a pan in medium temperature and we pour the mixed eggs in it. Remove the pan from the heat after 1 minute, add mizithra cheese and stir the eggs mix for a while. We add salt and pepper and we put the scrambled eggs on the bread slices.
